Who We Are

Arcamone Land Surveyors was founded in 1964 by Clement Arcamone in Rowayton, Connecticut. For 28 years, Clement built the company on a foundation of hard work, integrity, and a personal commitment to every client he served throughout Connecticut and New York.

He later passed the business on to his son, Wayne Arcamone, who continued that tradition for the next 36 years. Under Wayne’s leadership, the company grew while staying true to the values it was built on—treating every project with care, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility to the people behind it.

In September 2025, Jacob Telep took over the business after working side by side with Wayne for more than 13 years. Having learned firsthand the importance of trust, relationships, and attention to detail, Jacob is proud to carry forward the Arcamone legacy.

Today, we remain a company built on generations of experience and personal connection—committed to helping you understand and map your property with accuracy, care, and respect.
